HERITAG-Georgia LMS Launched
HERITAG Learning Management System (LMS) up and running in Georgia, announcing 1st LLL course Introduction into Application of GiT to Cultural Heritage and Tourism

HERiTAG Partner Georgian Technical University (GTU) is pleased to report successful procurement of the 3D laser scanning equipment, packaged with software and accessories.
On completion of international tender the following products were delivered by the successful bidder FARO Swiss Holding GmbH, Switzerland:
- 3D laser scanner FARO FocusS 150 (one)
- Point cloud processing software FARO SCENE 7 (six)
- 3D geovisualisation & photogrammetry software FARO PointSense Heritage 18.5 for AutoCAD (one)
- Tripod, lightweight carbon fiber (one)
- FARO SuperSphere kit with 5 registrastion spheres (one)
Equipment will be owned by GTU and operated jointly with Georgian partners ISU, NACHPG and GeoG within the framework of HERiTAG Geoinformation and Tourism Technology Centre (GTTC) in Georgia.
